The ARCADIAN-IoT and SENTINEL projects are proud to announce their joint Symposium and Showcase event scheduled for April 9, 2024, in Stockholm, Sweden. Hosted by RISE - Research Institutes of Sweden, this in-person meeting will demonstrate cutting-edge innovations in integrated and automated IoT cybersecurity and personal data protection.
With the staggering growth of the Internet of Things (IoT), ensuring robust cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for IoT ecosystems has become paramount. This symposium will feature two main tracks exploring the latest advancements from ARCADIAN-IoT and SENTINEL projects:
- IoT cybersecurity track: Spotlighting holistic cybersecurity solutions that tackle identity, trust, security, privacy and recovery aspects for IoT applications. Live demos will showcase ARCADIAN-IoT breakthroughs for securing drones, smart grids, medical IoT and more.
- Privacy compliance track: Bridging the gap between personal data protection and cybersecurity for SMEs. Sessions will unpack the EU data protection landscape, key technical and organizational measures for GDPR compliance, and debut SENTINEL's innovative one-stop-shop platform to bolster SME cybersecurity and data protection capabilities.
A highlight of the event will be a panel session exploring the unaddressed challenges and opportunities for IoT cybersecurity and data privacy.
The event will bring together experts from academia, industry, and policymakers to showcase the innovative solutions and discuss the future of IoT cybersecurity and data privacy.
The event is free to attend, but registration is required due to limited seating. Interested parties are encouraged to secure their spots early by visiting the event website.
