The FLUIDOS project is proud to announce its participation in AIOTI Days 2024, which will take place on 24-25 September 2024 in Brussels. The event brings together key players from organisations across the Internet of Things (IoT) and Edge Computing ecosystems to discuss the latest advancements, collaborative opportunities and strategies for shaping the future of digital transformation in Europe.
As part of the agenda on Day 2 (September 25th, 11:00-12:15), FLUIDOS will be holding a dedicated session to showcase its groundbreaking innovations in edge-to-cloud continuum orchestration, security and energy efficiency. The session “Building a Seamless Edge to Cloud Continuum” will delve into the key technological advancements and collaboration opportunities within the FLUIDOS framework.

A deep dive into how FLUIDOS enables devices within the edge-to-cloud continuum to communicate, share resources and formalise contracts through the REAR protocol—ensuring seamless application performance across local and remote environments.
Enforcing Security on the Edge-Cloud Continuum
(By Luis Knob, Fondazione Bruno Kessler)Luis Knob will address the critical role of security in the edge-to-cloud continuum, exploring the importance of confidentiality, integrity, and availability across the entire technology stack. He will present a real-world scenario of mitigating vulnerabilities in multi-provider environments through FLUIDOS.
